Microgreens packs and boxes, explained
A clear guide to ounces, standard and large packs, and choosing your own greens versus a grower-selected box.
We describe packs by weight
Different greens sit differently in a container. Our planned standard leafy-green and blend packs are 2 oz for $6; pea and sunflower standard packs are 3 oz for $6. Large packs contain twice the weight for $10: 4 oz leafy greens or blends, or 6 oz pea or sunflower. Future varieties do not yet have confirmed pack sizes or prices.
Choose your own Medley
The Lakefront Medley is $17 for any three standard packs. Its total weight is 6–9 oz depending on your selections. The Family Medley is $28 for three large packs, totaling 12–18 oz. You can repeat a favorite variety. Each box contains separate harvested packs, so you can use the greens in different meals or combine them yourself.
Let us choose the harvest box
The $20 Grower’s Choice Micro Box contains four standard packs selected by us from the current harvest, including extra harvest. The total is 8–12 oz. Contents can repeat, and a particular mix is not guaranteed. Choose a Medley if selecting every variety matters to you. These are one-time boxes, not subscriptions.
A growing tray is not a retail pack
The 10 × 20 trays in our illustrations represent growing trays. They do not show the amount in a standard pack. Full trays are planned separately at $30, with selling format still to be confirmed. Delivery is an additional $4 with a $12 product minimum; pickup is free. Any applicable tax is separate. All pricing is for our planned lineup while online ordering remains closed.
