Your preview basket
This site saves product selections and quantities in your browser’s local storage so they can remain between visits. Removing each item clears the basket. Clearing this site’s browser data also removes it.
Customer accounts
Supabase handles sign-in and stores your account email, identifier, authentication information, and sign-in activity. Choosing Google sign-in shares your basic Google profile and email with the authentication service. Our account page uses your email to identify your account.
Session cookies keep you signed in. Signing out ends the session in this browser. We do not ask for or store your Google password. Email verification codes are sent through our authentication email service, Resend.
Newsletters and promotions
Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Newsletter and promotion preferences start off and can be selected separately. We store your choices with your account identifier and the time they were recorded.
You can change these choices in your account. Uncheck a category and save to withdraw that preference. Essential verification and account messages are separate. Saving a preference does not place an order or start a paid subscription.
Harvest alerts and kitchen inquiries
Following a variety saves your choice with your account. New confirmed harvests appear in your account and may be included in a daily email sent through Resend. Stop following a variety in your account to turn off those alerts. This does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotions.
Kitchen inquiries store your verified email, name, restaurant, community, message, and follow-up status for authorized staff to review. Your street-address planning check stays in the browser until you provide an address with an order or invoice.
Contact inquiries
Our contact form sends your name, email, optional phone number, inquiry type and message through Resend to our Namecheap Private Email inbox. We use them to respond to your inquiry; this does not enroll you in marketing. We also use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Please avoid including payment details or other sensitive information in your message.
Orders and payments
When you review your preview basket, product identifiers, quantities, pickup or delivery preference, and the selected delivery community are sent to the website server to validate the selection. Checkout is not live: the public checkout does not create paid orders or collect card details. If you arrange an order directly with us, authorized staff may record your name, email, phone number, order items, delivery address, pickup or delivery date, fulfillment status, and relevant order notes in our Supabase database. These records help us prepare and fulfill your order. Administrative changes are logged.
Private invoice links
Order confirmations, pickup-ready messages, delivery updates and cancellations are sent through Resend. We retain a notification record, delivery attempts and the details needed for the message. Authorized staff can also save internal fulfillment notes and stop numbers; those internal notes are not included in customer emails.
When we prepare an invoice for you, we store the agreed selections, prices, contact and fulfillment details, and any message included on the invoice. Anyone with its private link can view your name, delivery address, selections, and totals. Share the link only with people you intend to see it. Invoice pages are excluded from search indexing. Invoice payments are currently disabled, and a review link does not confirm an order.
Hosting and external services
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public store pages. We exclude account, sign-in, admin, and private invoice pages from page-view tracking and remove query parameters and URL fragments before sending page URLs to analytics. These reports help us understand which pages visitors find useful.
Vercel hosts the website and may retain technical request logs. Supabase provides authentication and the customer-preference and order databases. Resend processes the email address and message content needed to deliver verification emails. External links and Google sign-in lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Before ordering opens
We will update this notice with the payment provider and retention practices before checkout opens.
