We’re Kendall and Palak, the husband-and-wife team behind Lakefront Greens. Our idea started with a shared interest in eating better and bringing more fresh greens into everyday meals.

A small habit with room to grow.

We wanted fresh food to feel easy: a handful of greens on breakfast, a little crunch in a sandwich, or a bright finish to dinner. Microgreens gave us a way to explore new flavors while adding variety to our plates.

Kendall has grown microgreens before. Now we’re building Lakefront Greens together, with the aim of sharing that freshness close to home.

Our planned collection includes a Core 8, rotating varieties, and two blends: plus four future additions, bringing the collection to twenty single varieties. Each brings its own flavor and texture, from mild and tender to peppery or crisp.

Our home community spans Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony, Prosper, Aubrey, and Oak Point. Local pickup and delivery are part of our plan, with details to follow before ordering opens.

Choose by weight, enjoy by the handful.

Our established leafy greens and blends come in 2 oz standard packs; pea shoots and sunflower are 3 oz. Large packs contain twice the weight. Leaf size and density vary, so equal weights can fill different amounts of space.
