Our planned collection includes 16 single varieties and two blends: Lakefront Salad Mix and Spicy Mix. We have a Core 8 and eight rotating varieties; harvest availability will vary. Explore the individual variety pages for flavor, texture, and meal ideas.

The name refers to a growing tray with an approximately 10 by 20 inch footprint. The tray images show the growing format, not a confirmed retail package size.

Not yet. The basket and pickup/delivery flow are previews. They do not charge your card, reserve stock, or place an order.

We plan to serve Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony, and Prosper. Pickup is free. Delivery is $4 with a $12 product minimum. Pickup locations, delivery boundaries, and schedules will be published before orders open.

Standard packs cost $6: 2 oz leafy greens or blends, or 3 oz pea shoots or sunflower. Large packs cost $10: 4 oz leafy greens or blends, or 6 oz pea shoots or sunflower. Full 1020 trays are planned at $30, with the selling format still to be confirmed. Delivery fees and applicable tax are additional. Online ordering is not open yet.

Yes. The $17 Lakefront Medley includes any three standard packs; the $28 Family Medley includes any three large packs. Repeats are welcome and the builder shows the exact combined weight. Each variety is separately packed. The $20 Grower’s Choice Micro Box contains four standard packs selected by us from that week’s harvest, including extra harvest. Contents may repeat, with no specific mix guaranteed. Total weight is 8–12 oz, and each pack is labeled. Choose a Medley if you want to select your varieties. All boxes are one-time selections, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Ordering is still in preview.
