From growing batch to available harvest
What our harvest labels mean, why expected dates can change, and how we distinguish growing greens from available packs.
Growing means a crop is in progress
When we start and track a batch, its variety can show an expected ready date. This is a planning estimate based on the crop and the batch record. It is not a reservation or a guarantee. Crops develop at different rates, so we may adjust the date as we check their progress.
An estimate is not sellable stock
We can use typical tray yields to plan, but an estimate does not tell us exactly how much usable harvest a batch will produce. Our availability system separates those growing estimates from a confirmed, weighed harvest. This helps avoid promising more packs than the harvest can supply.
Ready now refers to confirmed harvest
The ready-now label appears when the recorded harvest has enough unreserved stock for a standard pack. Reservations, pack sizes and harvest changes can affect the remaining amount. A variety being ready does not mean every box combination is available. During our setup period, online ordering remains closed even if a harvest is recorded.
Follow a variety and check your delivery date
Sign in and follow a variety to receive harvest updates through your account and the available alert options. Following does not buy or reserve greens. Separately, the delivery planner shows open dates and schedule exceptions. Both the harvest and fulfillment details need to fit your order; browsing a date alone does not book it.
