Choose your first microgreens
Start with flavors you enjoy, then choose a pack that fits the meals you already make.

Start with your meal, then pick a flavor
You do not need a special recipe to try microgreens. Think about what is already on your table: toast at breakfast, a sandwich at lunch, or a salad with dinner. Choose one green that sounds good with that meal. A mild variety gives you an easy introduction; a peppery one can make a familiar dish feel different.
Mild, sweet or peppery?
Broccoli is a mild, tender starting point. Pea shoots bring a sweet green flavor and leafy texture. Sunflower has a nuttier flavor and more crunch. Rambo Radish and arugula suit people who enjoy a peppery finish. These are flavor descriptions, not a ranking of which green is healthiest.

A small tasting plan
Try broccoli on one piece of avocado toast and radish on another. Keep the other toppings the same and add a small handful of each green. Compare the flavor and texture, then decide which you would reach for again. The point is to find something you enjoy eating, rather than choosing the most unusual variety.
Choose from the actual harvest
Our catalog includes everyday favorites, rotating varieties, blends and future additions. A product page is a place to learn about a green; it does not mean the green is available today. Check the harvest status before planning your selection. Online ordering is not open yet, and a preview basket does not reserve stock.
